Это вам подаётся пока вы думаете,что заказать и ждёте свой заказ 👆🏼 Мы на двоих Заказали мезе и сковородочку с креветками и мидиями в чесночном соусе 👆🏼 Мезе- это набор маленьких блюд, которые могут быть горячими/холодными/солеными или миллион других вариаций. 🥘 В наше мезе входило: 1. Сыр холуми свежий 2. И сыр в кляре; 3. осьминоги в кляре; 4.кальмары в кляре; 5. свежие овощи; 6. набор соусов к ним; Сытно,не правда ли? Но чтобы окончательно наесться мы взяли сковородочку с креветками,мидиями и картошкой на гарнир. И это первый отзыв,где я не буду говорить частицу «но»! Вкусно, ребята! Были там? Squid Paella recipe 🦑 (serves 4) Ingredients: - 750gr. Edesma Squid Rings - 1 cup Edesma Mixed Vegetables - 1 chopped onion - 2 cloves of garlic - 1/2 cup white wine - 400gr. chopped tomatoes - 2 tsp paprika - 2 cups medium grain rice - 4 cups chicken stock - 2 tpsp olive oil - Salt & pepper - Parsley and lemon wedges Instructions: Heat the olive oil in the pan and cook the squid rings for a few minutes. Remove before fully cooked and set aside. Cook the onion and garlic until soft. Add the vegetables, rice and paprika and stir for 1 minute. Add the white wine and the chopped tomatoes, with salt and pepper to taste. Add three cups of the chicken stock and simmer for approximately 10 minutes. Add the remaining chicken stock and put the squid rings on top of the rice. Cook for another 5-7 minutes or until the rice is fully cooked. If your looking for a fish restaurant in Larnaca, then @namare_sea_food_bar is a wonderful choice for the most fresh seafood choices We had the choice of meze or al a carte, but our friends said if we are nti that hungry, we should go with some individual dishes only as we did. Just going to get right down to the facts of when visiting fosh restaurants. The fried dishes were not smelling of oil, and the coating on both calamari and red mullet were crispy & tasty The garlic prawns had the most tasty homemade garlic mix I've tried in my life. We even kept it and I applied it on the octopus. As for the octopus itself, Im not a fan of it in general, but saying that this again was soft inside with a perfect char-grill on the outside. It was sooo good that I had a second piece. We also had a fish soufle with cheese. I haven't seen this dish in years! Loved it. Finally we got the boiled lobster, which also had traces of that garlic prawn stuffing inside The restaurant is located on the seafront at Piale Pasa road in larnaca. No glitz and glamour, just great food. Today I'll start by showing you this hidden gem in Limassol @kissos_taverna Now let's talk about the concept of this restaurant. When you first enter this cosy restaurant, you're surrounded by the vibrant colors of various houses, as if your on a greek island all under hanging tree leaves in a cool well air conditioned space (even though it was 40 degrees outside). The surrounding walls are 4 different houses with their own setup and all share the same garden, this garden is the seating area. Check out the photos I've added. It also has one of the largest fish tanks with 100's of fish (swipe 👉🏻 to see the video) It's a fish tavern bit also has other meat selections for the whole family. I got the fish meze which was just perfect to fill me up. You'll definitely be seeing more stories of this place soon and definitely will be booking the private seating area shown in the video above!
