Souvla to sushi.

Four ingredients, no yeast and around 23g of protein per bagel! 🥯 Golden on the outside, soft and chewy in the middle. Perfect for breakfast or back-to-school lunch boxes! INGREDIENTS | Makes 4 large bagels 450g bread flour 400g @zita.yogurt Super Protein 0% fat-free strained yogurt 20g baking powder A pinch of salt Optional toppings Egg wash: 1 egg beaten with 1 tbsp water White and black sesame seeds METHOD 1. Preheat your oven to 180°C fan or 200°C conventional and line a baking tray with baking paper. 2. Add the flour, baking powder and salt to a bowl and mix. Add the yogurt, then mix until a dough forms. Bring it together with your hands and knead briefly into a smooth ball. 3. Divide into four equal pieces. Roll each piece into a long rope, twist, then join and pinch the ends together to form a bagel. 4. Place on the tray, leaving space between them. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds. 5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and adding your favourite fillings.
