Ελληνική Σαλάτα με Κριθαράκι & Ντρέσινγκ Φέτας Είναι η σαλάτα που θες ξανά και ξανά! Φτιαγμένη με φρέσκα υλικά, δροσερή, καλοκαιρινή, υγιεινή και πεντανόστιμη! ΥΛΙΚΑ: (2 μερίδες) Για την σαλάτα: ▫️250γρ. κριθαράκι Θρίαμβος ▫️1 μέτριο αγγούρι ▫️110γρ. ντοματίνια ▫️½ κόκκινο κρεμμύδι ▫️1 μικρό ματσάκι φρέσκο μαϊντανό ▫️60γρ. ελιές Καλαμών ▫️60γρ. ψητές μαριναρισμένες πιπεριές ▫️30γρ. φέτα ▫️1 κ.σ ελαιόλαδο ▫️λίγο νερό από το κριθαράκι Για το ντρέσινγκ φέτας: ▫️70γρ. φέτα ▫️4 κ.σ ελαιόλαδο ▫️2 κ.σ κόκκινο ξίδι κρασιού ▫️1 κ.γ μουστάρδα ▫️½ κ.γ ρίγανη ▫️μια πρέζα αλάτι ΕΚΤΕΛΕΣΗ: 1. Βράζουμε το κριθαράκι σε μια κατσαρόλα με αλατισμένο νερό, προσέχουμε να μη παραβράσει και να μείνει al dente. 2. Όσο βράζει το κριθαράκι μας ετοιμάζουμε τα λαχανικά: κόβουμε το αγγούρι, τις ντομάτες, στραγγίζουμε και κόβουμε τις πιπεριές, κόβουμε τις ελιές στη μέση και ψιλοκόβουμε τον μαϊντανό και το κρεμμύδι. 3. Πριν στραγγίσουμε το κριθαράκι, κρατάμε λίγο από το νερό στο οποίο έβρασε. Το μεταφέρουμε σε ένα μεγάλο μπολ, προσθέτουμε 1 κ.σ ελαιόλαδο και λίγο από το νερό που κρατήσαμε, ρίχνουμε τον ψιλοκομμένο μαϊντανό, ανακατεύουμε καλά και το αφήνουμε να κρυώσει. 4. Βάζουμε όλα τα υλικά για το ντρέσινγκ σε μπλέντερ και τα χτυπάμε μέχρι να γίνουν κρεμώδη. 5. This place always finds a way to amaze us by the quality and unique flavors that you find in every dish that they make! Starting backwards this time with the new dessert! The one that took our attention! The “Shopkeeper’s waffles” which is probably the best waffles we have tried so far! Creating everything from scratch (like all of their dishes), their fluffy waffles are drizzled with a super delicious house sticky caramel, topped with chocolate crumble (and what a crumble it was!) and finished with mascarpone and blueberries! Take note as this is a MUST TRY dessert! As for the salmon lovers, the new ”Herb Waffle” has the perfect flavors! Soft and Herb waffle topped with salmon (has a slight lemony taste) that literally melts in your mouth, served with poached egg, avocado & wasabi cream cheese!
