🎥 @lickyplate Guys, the strangest thing happened yesterday…it was *actually* warm enough to eat gelato?! 😱🍦🥹 Wild. Granted it’s back to being wetter than a fish’s nipple now, but what better way to celebrate that one, glorious afternoon of summer than with a SALTED PEANUT BUTTER & PISTACHIO SAUCE-FILLED HOT BRIOCHE GELATO BURGER! 🍔 Yes, a burger made with gelato - the creation of @badiani1932 who presumably looked at the classic ‘Brioche con Gelato’ and thought, “why not stick it in a hot grill press too?” 🤷🏼♀️ And hey press-to, you end up with something I can only describe as somewhere between a baked Alaska and a bread and butter pudding?! Which sounds like a potential aberration but I actually found it thoroughly delicious, like a cold cake with warm edges.
