Exceptional food experience by @think30cy ! The new hot spot in Nicosia is the definition of fine dining with every dish served to perfection! We tried: 1. Cod with Beetroot & Beetroot sauce 2. Pork Neck served with celeriac pure, cream of leak, Egg lemon foam and leak chips 3. Black Angus Grassfed served with mashed potato truffle, king oyster mushroom and Beef Jous 4. Beef Tartare with Nori powder, seaweed Tuile and Bernaise Foam 5. Potato Gnocchi with oxtail and arseniko cheese foam 6. Baby Leaves Salad with Goat Cheese in Panko with orange vinaigrette sauce 7. This is how my weekend started @think30cy on a Friday night! Thisnis Stasikrtous street latest addition in a relaxed environment. The menu I tried was a special introduction tasting menu and have to admit that whatever I tried was exactly what you expect from a restaurant cafe located in Nicosias prime area. Will definitely go again soon to try the à la carte menu and have a the steak that I heard so many good comments about. Ohhh and I simply loved the cryptocurrency inspired cocktail menu.
