🌭 3-way Hotdog by @snack_allantika With the perfect wiennawurst hotdogs and correct toppings, it’s easy to make these delicious hotdogs at home The 3-ways are spiral, cut & uncut First method : Grab your weiner and pass it through α scewer. Slice in a 45 degree angle from bottom to top Second method : Cut into smaller pieces along with onions & red chilies Third method : Leave them uncut I used a butter brioche hotdog bun that I slightly cooked in a pan with unsalted butter till golden brown Toppings * Pickle cucumber 🥒 * Pickled cabbage 🥬 * Fried onion 🧅 * Cheedar cheese slices 🧀 * Chives Sauces * Ketchup * Mayo * Truffle mayo * Onion Mayo * Cheddar Cheese sauce * Mango chutney I made 5 hotdog types just by mixing and matching various toppings and sauces according to my personal preference My favorite combo was definitely the chopped with grilled onionss and truffle mayo and chive topping Also went with a classic hotdog with cheddar cheese, ketchup and grilled onions Use your imagination and the combinations are unlimited #snackallantika #hotdog #weiner #🌭

Love these viral recipe hacks, and this honey fried croissant with boiled Chicken slices from @snack_allantika felt like the perfect combo. Take 2 croissants, and flatten them with a rolling pin. Add some butter to a pan on medium heat. Place the croissant in the pan and cook. Drizzle some honey on top and flip. Drizzle some more honey on the other side and cook 1-2 minute on both sides and you’re done. Spread some fresh burrata cheese on one croissant, sprinkle some pepper, balsamic dressing and crushed pistachio nuts. Now add the main ingredient, those juicy chicken slices. Use 3 or 4 slices and fold them up in small triangular pieces. Top off with rocket leaves and close the sandwich with the other croissant. This is surely a recipe to try. The sweetness of the fried honey and buttery croissant, blend perfectly well with the refreshing burrata and tasty chicken slices. Why is this not available at every brunch place in town yet. The Viral Ham & Egg Breakfast sandwich by @snack_allantika Came across the viral tikt0k breakfast sandwich and immediately thought to myself, I want to try this, and yes it was well worth it! All you need is 2 eggs, @snack_allantika Ham leg in 300gr rectangular or 150gr sliced squares, grated edam cheese, tomato and some rocket leaves Whisk your eggs with some salt and pepper. And to non-stick pan. Before they fully cook, dip your toast in the egg and place in pan. Then flip the omelette with the bread side facing the pan. Now add your ham slices, tomato, rocket and cheese on the omelette. Fold the sides on top of the ingredients and then flip half the toast on top of the other toast making a sandwich. Super simple Roasted Turkey pasta dish using New Snack Roasted turkey from the delicatessen @snack_allantika This is a delicious recipe for those cold winter days, that will immediately make you feel warm and happy inside. Ingredients:- Roasted Turkey slices from @snack_allantika 250gr Penne or pasta of your choice 150gr Tomato paste 1 Onion 1 Garlic clove (optional) 1 teaspoon crushed chillies (optional) 1 teaspoon dry oregano Pinch of salt 250ml fresh cream Handfull of grated cheese Grated parmesan Basil leaves for garnish Preparation time 10 min pasta & 10 min turkey tomato mixture. Instructions:- Cook your pasta beforehand, make sure they are cooked al dente because we will cook them in final stage with turkey. Drain and save the pasta water for later, you will need to make the pasta sauce. Cut your turkey slices into small cubes. Slice your onions. Add some extra virgin olive oil to a pan. Fry the onion till golden brown. Add turkey cubes and cook 3-4 minutes. Add the tomato paste and stir evenly. Add some pasta water to make it into a sauce, keep adding till you get a smooth tomato sauce texture. Add the crushed chillies (more if you like spicy or less if you don’t) Add the dry oregano (mixed herbs if you prefer) and stir well Now add the fresh cream in three doses and stir until creamy.
