This summer's hottest new entry has to be @samo_limassol located within @splash.man_ fashion boutique in Limassol. The menu is I would say an Italian inspired cuisine but with a touch of the Splash families personal favourite elements. There's a whole concept behind this restaurant, from the inspiration of the name SAMO to the concept of food & fashion all in one. Highly recommended 💯 Some of the dishes I tried • Beef Carpaccio with truffle mayo • Vegetable fritto • Nicoise style Fresh Tuna salad • Grilled Calamari • Linguine Al Tartufo • Spaghetti with Curry Clams Mussels • Pinsa Romana with Burrata, cherry tomatoes and basil Last but not least the amazing Vegan blueberry chocolate tart and some homemade ice-cream choices, which included a too die for pistachio flavour also.
