Being #WorldPastaDay today, 🍝, we decide to pop on over to @pinolocy to test out the special menu that they carefully curated not just for the day, but the whole week. Till the 29th of October you can find the below dishes from the #PastaDoneRight menu! Heres what we got 👇🏻 - FUSILI PASTA SALAD Wild arugula leaves with fusilli pasta, basil pesto, semi-dried cherry tomatoes, smoked broccolini, pine nuts and tomatoes marmande. - AGNOLOTTI Agnolotti pasta filled with pumpkin ricotta cream and raisins on a pumpkin cream base and green apple. - LIVE TRADITIONAL CARBONARA Spaghetti alla chitarra, finished in a 24-month aged parmesan wheel, with guanciale, pecorino and eggs. - CHOCOLATE FOREST RAVIOLI Chocolate dough ravioli, filled with hazelnut praline, mascarpone cheese and berries and freshly grated tonka sauce. We don't need an excuse to eat pasta but #WorldPastaDay is definitely a good one! To celebrate the occasion, Pinolo has prepared a limited edition pasta menu, available from the 23rd to the 29th of October with four very unique pasta dishes and a live DJ event on the 27th 🎶 All of their dishes are made using handmade pasta, and we had a hard time picking a favorite between the Agnolotti and the Live Traditional Carbonara, which was prepared in front of us inside a giant parmesan wheel! Yesterday’s break from work led me to @pinolocy in the heart of Nicosia. Enjoyed some handcrafted pasta, oven baked pizza, and a glass of the finest Italian vino. A different take on brunch from @pinolocy with unique Italian-inspired flavours in the centre of Nicosia! At Pinolo you can enjoy an all-day Italian menu, from brunch and lunch options to dinner and drinks 🥂 For our brunch we ordered the Deli Stracciatella focaccia sandwich, crafted from dough that has been given 48 hours to rest, making it light and airy.
