One weekend, we visited this place in Politico: 📍 @filimon_gefseis It’s a family-owned business with butcher delicacies that’s been around for four generations. They produce their own cold cuts, and it was so special to see how much care they put into it. Saturdays and Sundays are the only days they open for brunch, so it’s a perfect weekend getaway if you’re looking for something a little different. 🍳 Who doesn't like a good brunch at the village? Located in Politiko village, at @filimon_gefseis you can try anything from traditional boukkoma to Cypriot "tacos", all made using homemade products. We tried the Cypriot version of shakshuka (Πομιλοροτιάνιση) as well as an alternative French toast (Το Πόπαστον) made with anari cheese, cinnamon and honey that tasted exactly like pourekkia with anari!
