Χριστουγεννιάτικο Δεντράκι Πίτσας “Ιδέες για το Γιορτινό μας Τραπέζι” – Επ:5🎄 ΥΛΙΚΑ: ▫️ 660 γρ. ζύμη πίτσας, χωρισμένη σε 33 μπαλίτσες των 20 γρ. ▫️ 100 γρ. @snack_allantika pepperoni, κομμένο σε μικρά κομμάτια ▫️ 150 γρ. μοτσαρέλα, κομμένη σε μικρούς κύβους ▫️ Italian seasoning ή ρίγανη ▫️ 1 αυγό χτυπημένο + 1 κ.σ. νερό Για την επάλειψη: ▫️ λιωμένο βούτυρο ▫️ σκόνη σκόρδου ▫️ ψιλοτριμμένη παρμεζάνα ▫️ Italian seasoning ή ρίγανη ▫️ αλάτι & πιπέρι Για το πασπάλισμα: ▫️ τριμμένη παρμεζάνα ▫️ φρέσκο βασιλικό Για το σερβίρισμα: ▫️ σάλτσα μαρινάρα ΕΚΤΕΛΕΣΗ: 1. Χωρίζουμε τη ζύμη σε 33 ίσες μπαλίτσες των 20 γρ. και τις ανοίγουμε ελαφρά με τα χέρια. 2. Στο κέντρο κάθε μπαλίτσας βάζουμε λίγα κομμάτια pepperoni, μοτσαρέλα και μια πρέζα Italian seasoning. Κλείνουμε καλά τη ζύμη γύρω από τη γέμιση και πλάθουμε ξανά σε μπάλα. 3. Τοποθετούμε τις μπαλίτσες σε ταψί στρωμένο με λαδόκολλα, σχηματίζοντας δεντράκι. Ξεκινάμε με 2 σειρές των 2, συνεχίζουμε με μία σειρά των 7, μετά 6 κ.ο.κ. (ακολουθήστε τη σειρά που φαίνεται στο βίντεο). 4. Αλείφουμε με το αυγό και ψήνουμε σε προθερμασμένο φούρνο στους 200°C στον αέρα για 12–15 λεπτά, μέχρι να πάρουν ωραίο χρώμα. 5. Μόλις βγει από τον φούρνο, σμίγουμε όλα τα υλικά τις επάλειψης και αλείφουμε όλο το δεντράκι με το μείγμα βουτύρου, πασπαλίζουμε με τριμμένη παρμεζάνα και φρέσκο βασιλικό. 6.
